Richard Austin has been a professional sculptor for 21 years and has beeen teaching in his own Workshops for 14 years. Richard has become well known for, figurative, life-size work. The Workshop is based in Wadebridge, Cornwall. Below is an image of 'Warrior Of The Surf,' an 18’ sculpture Richard has made by hand. You can see more information about these sculptures in the 'Giants' section of this website. Richard's father William T Austin was also an artist, sculptor and teacher and this is where Richard gained his skills.
